My real estate experience began in 1998 with the purchase of my first home, all though my love for it started long before. Since my first purchase, I have owned and renovated several single and multi-unit properties. I sold many of these houses as "for sale by owner", so I know what it takes to sell a home. In 2011 I sold a property maintenance business that I operated for 8 years. We maintained foreclosed properties for the banks and fulfilled the inspector's punch list before settlement, while providing the same services for the public.

I have also been a graphic designer for over 20 years and found that having a creative eye aids in preparing a home for sale. Now I am excited to serve others in achieving their real estate dreams.
